Im sorry to blog reader if all i could blog is about my work, but seriously that the only thing that I have been doing with most of my time.

Yes, I'm here to write about work again. Not the workload, but the people around.

I think everyone has exaggerated the hectic lives of seniors. Yes I do work until 12am everyday, but if I were to compare against my A10 or A11 life, somehow i feel less stressful and more meaningly now.

Its always very ironic when my fellow colleagues and auditors in big 4 post status about their 'horrible days' in audit. They sounded as though quitting audit is the biggest achievement and happiest thing that can happen. Actually, nobody forces you to go into audit line. You choose this path, and the fact that you are in this line until now shows that you choose to 'suffer', so there is no one to be blamed, and no one should pity you.

Now, its my colleagues I wanna talk about. I'm glad that I have formed a new clique with those who went bintan. Not surprising, since all my colleagues are around my age, so forming cliques by right should be the easiest thing. Well actually no. It is a hell difficult task because everyone is wary of everyone. It is so dramatic that can be equivalent to Hong Kong drama with lots of scheming, bitching (not too gd to divulge much).

Even for a simple lunch, some are disturbed by the presence of others who join in for lunch. See what I mean?

This in inevitable in everywhere. As long as there are people, there is bound to have some bitchness going on. But come on, we are adults well into our 20s, who are matured enough to even get married and set up families, but here we are thinking like little kids not wanting to 'befriend' some of them. Don't tell me adults in their 30s, 40s and 50s are also behaving like that???

I can't think of any reason why politics will exist in my company. We are not fighting for any single position since all of us will be promoted together. We are not competing for gd performance since we all know that performing well means you are doing extra more work. We have reached a level that we want less work (but we still want challenging work). We are encouraging each other to stay so that indirectly we don't get affected by extra workload from the resignee. So WHY DO POLITICS STILL EXIST??????
